Where do you ship?

How long will it take for my product to ship?

How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number.
What is the Nova Blue return policy?
Your happiness is our priority. If your Nova Blue order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. To initiate a return, please visit our Return Policy page.
Can I modify/cancel my order prior to shipping?
Our team begins prepping orders for shipment as soon as they're placed to ensure items are received quickly. Unfortunately, once an order is placed and confirmed, we cannot honor cancelation requests. We appreciate your understanding.
Are your towels safe for my family?
We care (a lot) about safety and the environment. We only use OEKO TEX-certified dyes that are free of harmful chemicals, so you can buy with confidence.
